Michael Bailey is an English Solicitor. He specialises in advising on share transfer disposals and acquisitions, as well as residential and commercial leases and mortgages.
Michael joined Ogier in June 2005 from Richard Saleh & Co Solicitors in Manchester, where he was a commercial property lawyer.
Michael gained his LLB with honours from Sheffield University in 1994.
