Gavin Renault is the Property Law Group Manager. He specialises in residential work, particularly residential development work, as well as retaining an interest in commercial transactions.
Gavin has been responsible for the drafting of several complex declarations of co-ownership in flying freehold transactions. He has also acted for developers in their acquisitions and subsequent disposals of development sites, such as:

- ’La Carre’, St John
- ’Les Arches’, St Martin
- ’La Tourelle’, Trinity
Gavin was educated at Hautlieu Grammar School and holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, Birmingham.
