Daniel sits in Ogier's busy Property Law team. He has 17 years' experience as a conveyancer in Guernsey's property sector and specialises in commercial and residential conveyancing.
Daniel's work encompasses the preparation of estate schedules, bond searches, title and boundary investigation and site visits.
Daniel's clients range from commercial investors to first-time buyers, as well as those whose needs are expanding or down-sizing.
Having worked for two other firms before joining Ogier in July 2016, Daniel has developed a methodical, hands-on and practical approach to conveyancing and is recognised for his efficient and friendly approach to dealing with all the clients in order to meet their goals.
