Katharine Marshall is a Managing Associate in the Ogier Property Law Group having moved to Jersey to join Ogier in 2011. Prior to her relocation, Katharine gained extensive experience in the Commercial Property Department of Pitmans LLP, the largest law firm in the Thames Valley, with offices in Reading and the City of London.
Katharine specialises in acting for clients in the residential and commercial development sector and has acted for a number of listed and unlisted developers and house builders on multi-million pound acquisitions and sales. Katharine deals with all aspects of acquisition and sales including conditional contracts, options and joint ventures and has particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of complex joint venture and collaboration agreements together with advising on specialised funding structures for property transactions.
Katharine gained an LLB (Law) degree from Lincoln College, Oxford in 1993 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales in 1997.
