Martín advises on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development finance, landlord and tenant, property management and construction.
Background and experience
Martín is part of Guernsey's property law team, and part of the Real Estate team in Dublin, Ireland.
Martín has experience in:
- Acting for developers and investors on the purchase, development, sale and letting of real estate. Martín was part of the Guernsey team that advised Cornèr Banca SA on successfully establishing a branch in the island after obtaining one of the first new licences under Guernsey's new banking supervision law.
- Advising on construction projects, acting for lenders, developers or constructors. He has recently assisted Longview Estates in relation to the construction aspects of its landmark residential development at Ballyvolane, Cork, Ireland.
- Acting for landlords and tenants on the letting of office, retail, industrial space, including UK supermarket chain, retail shops and hotel operators.
