Katharine specialises in acting for Ogier clients in relation to institutional Channel Island property finance as well as commercial property transactions and residential development.

Background and experience

Katharine deals with all aspects of acquisition and sales including conditional contracts, options and joint ventures and has particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of complex joint venture and collaboration agreements together with advising on specialised funding structures for property transactions.

Katharine joined Ogier in 2011. Prior to her relocation Katharine gained extensive experience in the Commercial Property Department of Broadfields, the largest law firm in the Thames Valley, with offices in Reading and the City of London.

Katharine gained an LLB (Law) degree from Lincoln College, Oxford in 1993 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales in 1997. Katharine qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2015 and is also a Member of the Jersey Law Society Conveyancing Committee.
